You wanna know how I got these scars?
The Joker is a powerful villain from the DC World and the archenemy of Batman , having been directly responsible for numerous tragedies in Batman 's life, including the paralysis of Barbara Gordon and the death of Jason Todd, the second Robin. The Joker is a master criminal whose dominant image is of a highly intelligent psychopath with a warped, sadistic sense of humor. At times he places varying emphasis on humor, eccentricity, and pranks. His true origin is unknown, as even the Joker himself has apparently forgotten who he is. Though some believe at some point in the past he fell into a tank of chemical waste, which bleached his skin and turned his hair green and his lips bright red, giving him the appearance of a clown, he has most likely always been insane.
The Land of Oz[]
The Joker was apparently masquerading as the Wizard of Oz in the Land of Oz, and beseeched the crew of Gongshow:Gaiden to retrieve the Witch's Broom from with Wicked Witch of the West. Instead of taking the broom, he instead pulled a Joker's Colt 45 and fired on both Steven and Mark. He then took the Witch's Hat that they had also retrieved, revealed himself for his true identity, and vanished.
Why did he take the hat instead of the broom, where did he go, and and why was he pretending to be the Wizard?
